After completing my LDN series of long exposure black and white images of London, I wanted to start the same project and series for Paris. Whilst I started in 2013 and continued in 2015, I am yet to complete the PAR series when I can travel back to Paris with better weather conditions for this style of image. The Eiffel Tower is captured in this image.
