The Senedd is the Welsh Parliament and the building is located on Cardiff Bay. It was designed by Richard Rogers and opened in 2006 by Queen Elizabeth II.

I was fortunate there was low cloud on the day I was in Cardiff to photograph the city. The light from the city reflected off the low cloud to produce a colour in the sky that complemented the building and ground.
