LONDON: Battersea Power Station
LONDON: Battersea Power Station
from £298.00
Battersea Power Station is a former coal-fired power station on the banks of the River Thames to the west of London. Designed by Leonard Pearce and operational from the early 1920s to early 1980s. It is one of the largest brick buildings in the world and has undergone recent renovation to become offices and a shopping centre.
This image was taken shortly after it was re-opened. Still one of my favourite buildings, and there’s a Nando’s inside.
