The Shanghai Tower is the tallest building in China and second tallest in the world. Its design is fascinating, and my focus was to capture the structure on its own, without the neighbouring skyscrapers. Views from the ground looking up provide a unique and isolated view to the twisting structure. The overcast lighting of the day provided the soft lighting I was searching for, avoiding sharp contrasts.
