No part of this website may be exposed to public view in any form or by any means, without identifying the creator as author. No part of the content of the images or content of the website must be used for commercial purposes without obtaining prior permission through the purchase of an image licence. Any misuse of images for commercial purposes will be pursued. Unauthorised use of this website may result in a claim for damages.

Prices

Prices on the website are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20% unless otherwise indicated (or as may be amended by HMRC). Orders for delivery outside the UK are VAT-exempt; however, the goods may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied at the destination. It is your responsibility to pay such import duties and taxes.

The price of the prints will be the price listed on the website at the time of order. All prices are subject to change without notice. We may withdraw prints from the website at any time without incurring any liability.

Delivery

Delivery is included in the price, to all destinations worldwide. For delivery outside of the UK, please make contact prior to ordering. There is a production time of 2 working days. The following delivery times are the time from despatch of the prints. They are sent directly from the printers in London.

·       UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery (recorded, by 1pm) – delivery 3 working days

·       Europe Post – up to 10 working days

·       Worldwide Post – up to 15 working days

Please note on occasions there are delivery problems beyond our control and the delivery time will not be essential to the contract between us. We will endeavour to deliver within these times, however, if there are inadequate delivery instructions, there is no one in to receive the order or there are issues beyond our control, these delivery times may vary. If your order is time sensitive, please make contact prior to completing the order.

Ordering

You can place an order for goods by submitting and completing the order form on our website. On receipt of the form and full payment, the order will be initiated and processed. An email will be sent with your order details and this will constitute the contract between us. The images will be sent to the printers and despatched within two working days. Depending on the delivery method chosen, delivery will be within the times listed above. A receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide.

Payment

There are two options to pay for your order online: (1) a third-party payment system Stripe. They accept card payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay or (2) payment can be made from your PayPal account.

Cancellations / returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing by sending an email to info@alexfineart.com. A returns address will be provided. Please note this is NOT the registered business address listed above. Please make your own arrangements to return the goods in their original condition at your own cost. Within 14 days of the goods returned or proof of posting, the value of the items will be refunded in full.

In the event the goods arrive damaged, please inform us as soon as possible, within 7 working days, by writing an email to info@alexfineart.com. Depending on your preference, the goods will be replaced or a full refund will be issued.

Please note refunds are only made to the original payment method e.g. if the payment was made using a VISA card through Stripe, the refund will be returned to the same card through Stripe.

Data Protection

We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Please view our Privacy Policy regarding use of your personal data.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this website shall be governed in accordance with English law. Any matter or dispute arising out of such use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
